My husband and I had no idea what we wanted, just knew we wanted to change things a bit in our kitchen and they walked us through the entire process and made great recommendations.   Horrible experience with Jeremy and April at Gerhards in Madison. 1) They didn't honor their quote! We selected a floor model tub and when it came time to finalize the sale, they had sold the tub to somebody else and wouldn't honor the price on their quote. 2) Slow response. It took them weeks to get us an initial quote (which they ended up not honoring). 3) High prices -- we ended up getting better prices elsewhere (sometimes by up to 40%) for the exact same brand and model (faucets and bathroom hardware) Short story: they're nice when you talk to them at first, but they are slow, unorganized, and will not honor their quotes.

  The customer service in this place is terrible. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and was very annoyed at the fact that I didn't have an appointment. Not worth it.
